Join us for DOLORES Dance Workshop with Junk Ensemble this November
Join Jessica Kennedy and Megan Kennedy of award-winning dance theatre company Junk Ensemble for a very special workshop exploring the themes in their upcoming production of DOLORES this November.
DOLORES gives voice to a once-silenced girl in an immersive feminist reimagining of Lolita. Through darkly cinematic imagery, music, text and movement, DOLORES exposes the unsettling abuse and tragedy of a young girl.
The workshop will be energising and physically inclusive, and include movement tasks, writing/memory exercises, and devising tasks with a specific lens on the themes explored in DOLORES.
