We are delighted to announce the four recipients for our 2026 Síolta Residency Program!
Aneta Dortová – Aneta Dortova is a percussive and contemporary dance artist, musician and choreographer whose practice explores the relationship between live music and dance, and traditional and contemporary movement.
LA Feeney – LA Feeney is a dance artist, choreographer and educator exploring identity, memory and human connection through hip-hop, popping, animation and contemporary dance.
Orla McCarthy – Sligo-based dance artist and choreographer Orla McCarthy will use her Síolta Residency to develop Is This Enough?, an intimate dance-theatre solo exploring self-doubt, inner criticism and the relationship between mind and body.
Ani Taj Niemann – Ani Taj is a Tony-nominated choreographer and founder of The Dance Cartel, exploring the liberating and joyful possibilities of dance through her Síolta residency and an investigation into what makes a great dance floor in the west of Ireland.
